Hey hey guys, so another exciting week for me – I got to do two ace tattoos that were super enjoyable:) best job ever hehe!!
Mon 30th Jan – This sitting was the 1st session on my customer and friend Waynne – you may remember from a previous bio mechanical piece I had done on his leg, well, Waynne wanted another, larger one on his thigh, so I got the outline drawing done and Waynne loved it. I was so excited about starting this piece, it fit his leg perfectly, so once I had done the outline ( which was huge ha) I did the solid black sections, then moved on to do some shadow style shading! I was gutted when this session came to an end, as I was loving doing it but I was really happy with how much I got done and can’t wait for the next session :)
Tue 31st Jan – So this sitting really, really exited me – it was on my very 1st female customer, which was also one of my mums best friends and close family friend Shelly :) Shelly wanted a really funky cat design, with two purple cobwebs on the top of her thigh! I started with the webs, drawing them on to get the right shape for her leg, curving them to fit, then I moved on to outlining the cat. Then it was a case of filling in the design with black! I absolutely love tattooing Shell :) and I loved how the tattoo turned out an Shell was over the moon so I couldn’t be happier :)
So a massive thanks to both my customers this week – love tattooing friends but love it more when they pick such cool things for me to design an tattoo :) Getting to see how happy they are at the end of a session makes all the hard work totally worth it! :)
Well that’s it from me so catch ya all next week :) xx

Hey guys, so another ace week at Wrexham Ink, as always giggles and great tattoos done in the shop :) and I got to do what I love to do most … tattoo :)
Tue 24th Jan - This sitting was the last session on Priceys wooden style mask on his leg :) I started by colouring in the mask with a lighter shade of brown, followed by a darker shade to add shape, then I finished the tattoo by adding the yellow. I was really happy with how the tattoo looked in the end and Pricey was chuffed so smiles all around :) Big thanks to Pricey for picking such a cool tattoo, I really, really enjoyed doing it :)
Sun 29th Jan – So again, this sitting was a last session, this time on Rob – I started a skull, rose and flame tattoo on his arm a few weeks ago. I absolutely love doing shading and so loved finishing this tattoo :) I started the session by shading the leaves and buds, then the skull and flames. Nick showed me another new technique with shading, which I did on the skull and I was so chuffed with how it looked. The time flew by, and I didn’t want to finish tattooing but, before I knew it I was done! Rob was super chuffed, and that is what makes the job so good :) Thanks Rob you’re a great sitter!
Well that’s it from me for this week, I cant wait to get to tattoo next week!!
Catch ya later
xx

Hey Guys :)
An exciting little week for me, I got to do 2 sittings that I absolutely loved and they were on the best customers :) bonus! And on top of that, I had a session with my dad, so the first tattoo I have had in 2012 was a sitting on my elbow and under arm! I’m loving my arm, so big big thanks dad almost done :)
Mon 16th Jan - This was a long awaited sitting, as it was the last session on Dave Sweeties awesome skull and rose leg piece! I have been looking forward to getting this finished, as up to this point, the roses had been left, and Daves’ only ‘must have’ was purple roses! So I started with adding the different shades of purple to each section of the roses, which I think just made the tattoo really pop :D then I decided to add a second, much darker shade of green in sections of the leaves – they definitely needed a bit more definition… and then we were done! I was sad to see the end of this sitting, as tattooing Dave sweetie is always fab, but it was so good to see the tattoo completed! I was over the moon with how it looked, and Dave was chuffed so I couldn’t be happier! Thanks for picking such a cool tattoo idea Dave :-) x
Tue 17th Jan – So this sitting was the first session on a good friend and customer of the shop, Mr Matt DVD :) Matt wanted a skull design with the 4 Ace’s around, dice scroll, and mist. Once I got it drawn up, Matt was excited, so I got started on the outline! Matt wanted it on the back of his calf, which was a great choice as it was a perfect fit :) After doing the outline, I sculpted the parts that were needed and then began with the water shading! I enjoy shading so so much – it just feels like the best thing in the world, you totally get sucked in and get on a roll – I don’t even think I was talking I was that engrossed, and that, to all who know me is saying something, as I never shut up ! ha. After the skull, I did the surrounding shading and dice and unfortunately for me, the time had flown by! I was gutted to finish this sitting, as I was enjoying it so much and Matt has an ace idea to make this tattoo really come alive! :) I was so happy with how the tattoo is looking, and I had such beautiful kind words off Matt, who had a massive grin that I couldn’t stop smiling!! Thank you so much Matt – you have a brilliant way with words that fills people with happiness! A great pleasure to tattoo you! I can’t wait till the next session :)
Well thats it from me for this week guys, but another three sittings to fill you in on next week so keep following the blog :)
much love x catch ya later x
